Our Wedding Rings

My partner and I went to one of the great jewelry shops to look for wedding rings. It was the kind of shop that did custom pieces. We'd looked at several and liked the rings at this one place. Plus, the prices were good.

The owner was the jewelry maker. He was very patient and helped us come up with a custom design that we really liked. He took our ring sizes and told us when they'd be ready.

We were very excited about seeing them when they were done. Just a few days later we returned to the shop. The owner seemed as excited as we were. When he presented us our rings we felt like he was conducting a special ceremony for us. It was a very special Asheville moment!
